Graduate students of PEI
Connecting Graduate Students Across Prince Edward Island
GSPEI is an independent, not-for-profit organization that connects, supports, and represents graduate students with ties to Prince Edward Island.
What We Stand For
Independent. Province-wide. Graduate student-led.
✴
Connect
Meet other master’s, doctoral, and professional students with connections to PEI.
✴
Support
Find peer support, resources, mentorship, events, and opportunities designed around graduate student life.
✴
Represent
Help shape the issues GSPEI speaks about and ensure graduate student perspectives are part of conversations affecting our island.
Why GSPEI?
Graduate school is better with community.
Graduate students across PEI study in different programs, at different institutions, and increasingly through universities outside the province. GSPEI creates a community that reaches across those boundaries.
We bring graduate students together to build connections, share experiences and resources, support one another, grow professionally, and ensure graduate student perspectives are heard across Prince Edward Island.
✴
Wherever you study
You do not need to attend a particular university to be part of GSPEI. Our community is for graduate students with meaningful ties to Prince Edward Island, including students studying locally and Islanders studying elsewhere.
✴
Whatever you’re studying
Master’s, doctoral, and professional students bring different experiences to graduate education. GSPEI gives those students a place to meet, learn from one another, and build community beyond their individual programs.
